I got a good nights sleep last night and woke up refreshed. We took my bike to a local shop for new chain, sprockets, oil change and general checkup this morning. Kevin and I took an excursion through the San Diego Zoo and Balboa park today.
On my trip itinerary I simply put day off. This was going to be "make it up as we go along" day. We spoke to one of the waitress' last night to get an idea of where to visit today. She suggested a place called La Jolla (pronounced holla) about 3 miles north on the coast.
