One of the more interesting things about Animal Ark is the research they're doing into why cheetahs in captivity have so many debilitating (even fatal) digestive problems. They suggest that in the wild these big cats have to work ...

So on Tuesday, we made our way to Salt Lake City, where we had some accommodation lined up (thanks to Tommo!) with Daniel Eichner and his family. When we arrived into the city, we went straight to the backcountry store where we stocked up on warm clothes for the winter weather to come. And what good timing that was, with the weather change we experienced during our visit. I got kitted up with head to toe thermals, as well as a down jacket and Liam ...
