... treated us chicken enchiladas with homemade red sauce & Elisa made her mom's delicious chicken salad--to help tone down the "heat" from the red sauce!!! Sat. night, Diego came over & prepared tantalizing roast pork sandwiches & potato salad! Everything--EXCELLENT at the Cocina de Holguin!!! Well, it's a 107 degree goodnight from Weatherford, TX! We have been on the road since 2:30 a.m., so I will bid everyone goodnight! Onward ...

... have to unhook the truck. This will not do. So, I moved to another site, unlevel, get hooked up, the trailer is cooling down ever so slowly. I am sitting under a tree, smoking a cigar.
