After breakfast we were off again. First we drove through the old Fort Wolters. They have used a lot of the old buildings as business warehouses but also have revamped several and people now live in them. After that short drive, we made our way into town to visit the Crazy Water store. Crazy Water comes from a couple of the mineral wells in this area. ... see some of the things, but we also missed some of the others. Daddy did seem to enjoy the trains and that was one of the main reasons. At first the trains were not running, but when I expressed that was one of the reasons we were here, they started them. We were the only ones in the gardens. While at Runaway Bay we played golf and were treated as special guests as this is one of our investment perks. While this is the ending of the winter months the golf course reflects some of the hardship from the lack of rain during the fall season. We would like to come back to the course during the peak season to see the improvements that are to follow.
