      ... decided against it!! We wanted to do a guided canoe trip instead but unfortunately the National Parks trips were all full but we managed to sign up for one in Collier Seminole State Park for Christmas Day!!

      We like canoeing in the mangoves, didn't see too much wildlife, mainly birds, conch snails & lots of trees crabs but they move too fast for me to get a photo!

      ... showers and quite windy. As I sat down to eat, the spinach leaves from my salad began blowing off my plate. Of course, one landed on my lap and put a salad dressing stain on my new white shorts!
