... landscape we see, called the rocklands, are just the tops of the mountains peeking through the sand and grass of the prairie. The rest is compeltly concealed underground. Absolutly beautiful, rugged, wild and BLAZINGLY HOT! But at least it was in Oklahoma where the wind comes sweeping round the bend, so it is tolerable.

Not much has changed in the town except for the replacement of a number of the buildings with newer ones such as Walmart and Costco, etc. The main streets are still Gore St, Fort Sill St, and Cache St although the roads are much wider than in 1966.
