Notes: Today was one of the first days after they changed their name from Oklahoma Joe's to Joe's Kansas City

Comments: Best ribs I've ever eaten. They had a unique taste unlike anything I've ever tasted before. The dry rub on them was perfect. The meat just fell off the bone and was extremely tender. The tender, medium cut brisket had an initial smoky bite to it ...

A few tall buildings rise out on the left, the orange lights stretch to the horizon in all directions, they mark the rolling hils in the distance. The white snow on the ground and the scattered city lights allow the eye to distinguish evergreens even in the darkest hour of the night.
