      ... good fun. Love the “Twilight Zone” intro and the spooky story.

      Time for lunch. We opted for a quieter spot at Wine Country Trattoria. We enjoyed a nice meal and a few hands of Uno for the wait. Good food, and a shady retreat from the maddening crowds.

      ... we were delayed so 6 passengers from JFK could make the flight. I guess those 6 were much more important than the grumbling throng who sat waiting in uncomfort.

      ... win went down well with the home crowd and any lulls in the action allowed time to take it the magnificent view of the San Gabriel mountains.
