Part of the enjoyment of Nationwide Arena is in fact the Arena district itself. The city has obviously put a lot of effort into the area - it's all very well maintained and there are lots of restaurants and bars for both pre- and post-game fun! The arena itself is new and has everything you'd want at a hockey game. The big cannon they fire off when the Blue Jackets score is awesome. ... but I couldn't remember how it ended so I kept reading. When it was close to 11:30 we started walking back to the gate. They had moved the security check further down the terminal. We had to show our passports and boarding passes again. We sat and read until the plane started to load.

... forever. Derek watched it later too. We each had our own screen in the seat ahead of us as most international flights do these days. We told Larry he can watch it on the way home. They served supper about 8:30 and we were all starving by then as we had had nothing since since noon. We got free wine with the meal but that turned out to be a hazzard as it was pretty bumpy during the meal. I tried to get some sleep for the next several hours and I dozed ...

Well I hope people will actually read this and leave me comments. I would love to hear from everyone. It's going to be weird not seeing and talking to everyone everyday. I already miss everyone.

... after 9:00. We got our boarding passes, checked our bags, and got through security pretty quickly even though there was a long line.
