We didn't make it to Virginia Beach yet, when It got to be 11 we needed a rest. Were starting fresh tomorrow!

The Mount Pleasant trail is designed to trace the evolution of this village it describes as having been " by turn, a fashionable streetcar suburb, a working-class neighborhood, a haven for immigrants..., a sometimes gritty inner-city area, and the heart of DC's Latino community." ... Oops. So Eastern Market was the goal. It's located around Capitol Hill and is just yet another cute little D.C. neighborhood. Down one street, where I went this week to get my Amelia Earhart aviator goggles at the Halloween store, there are all kinds of international restaurants.
