    ... something I'd not had before and something totally American. So biscuits and gravy it was. So the biscuits are basically a savoury scone and the gravy is kind of like a cheesy white sauce.     ... bison were mooing occasionally, just like cows. After looking at the bison we drive to a nearby mini golf course. The golf holes were absolutely huge! Also several of the holes were multi level. You would start at the top level and if you got the ball into the side holes the ball would move down to the middle level, but if you got it into the middle hole the ball would go straight to the bottom level.     On Monday, we started our sightseeing. What I most wanted to see was the Turner Collection at the Tate Britain. Apparently, the heirs had left all his works to the nation. Parts of the collection had bounced around from the National Gallery to the British Museum and they now finally have a home at the Tate Britain--some 300 works are there including an archive.
