After sharing a pitcher of beer (PBS) we decided to split and barbecue some fish back at the house. We ended up barbecuing the salmon using smoke chips which I'm not familiar with but can definitely recommend. After that we put the fire on outside and roasted marshmallows for s'mores.... this consists of two crackers, chocolate and a roasted marshmallow all piled on top of each other and eaten like a little sandwich. Pretty darn tasty.
