... 15 minutes. Once they were over, you only did realize that there were a ton of other people that also watched them. Getting to the car was a challenge and then leaving the parking lot was another one. Once we got out of the area, we brought Mom back to her apartment and then headed home to rest and then go to bed.

While driving back to Brockville, we thought we'd stop in Walmart when we got back to the city - get something to eat and go back to Mom's apartment to eat.
The parking lot of Walmart is now the home of a very large Canadian flag. There was a flag raising ceremony today but we missed it when we went to Cornwall. The flag is HUGE....

Driving through what was essentially grazing and cropping country, always to my right there was the St Lawrence. There was haze and it was overcast to start with, but it's even hard to say that those weren't the best conditions in which to see it. Check these photos:
