Beautiful park ! Many places to fish.

    Not dog friendly.

Half campsites were on the beach and half on the river.

Riverside has one bathhouse / Air conditioned but not close to all the sites.

    Large sites overall.

Rained the first day, flooded 95% of the riverside sites, ours (#54) was the worst with at least 4" of standing water.

No vacant dry spots. Refund issued returned home.

Will try again during dry season. (maybe)

The campground is beautiful, completely shaded and we have a 60 foot site. Can even start a fire... Yeah right. Hot and humid here. We were surprised. Haha. Looking forward to going to the ...

... the road. Now Jeff has noted in the past, our motorhome is little more than a 13' by 33' fiberglass sail, and when the wind hits us sideways it can be a load of fun, and hit us it did. Our little home on wheels kept going to the right side of the road, and when we got to this very high and very long suspension bridge just outside of Jacksonville, it got a bit scary. Jeff said , "don't worry, all those big bridge cables ...
