    ... friends" that everyone had reached home safely, sorry it was to a foot of snow. I am interested to hear what Nia and Ruby thought about that! I was also glad to see that another one of the Limina families had returned to Warsaw, IN. from a well deserved vacation in Florida.

    Until later...I am going for a walk on the beach, coming back for a glass of Rosť and maybe then Tony will be ready for a late lunch.

    ... overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The views from the top of the 167 steps were gorgeous even though the weather turned a little chilly today. The visitors centre in this State Park (which surprisingly stayed open despite the government shut-down debacle) had a great sign on a small fence surrounding yet another swamp - I won't spoil the surprise as I have included it as a photo! We then had a lovely dinner in downtown Beaufort ...

    ... arrived when the trees all of sudden became moss-covered or palm trees. It's disturbing and beautiful at the same time. (Mandy's input: All the overgrown and low-hanging trees definitely give off a "Gone With the Wind" vibe - very cool.) The resort and Edisto Beach in general are your typical tourist establishment. Lots of pale white folk looking to unwind.
