The Bibbulmun Track is way up there in my bucket list, I asked my friend Daka if she would spend a few days on the track with me. We decided to walk south starting at Sullivan's Rock, this we did by leaving our vehicles at Sullivan's Rock and North Banister. Pumped up the tyres at the local caravan park, gave the drunken Aussies some more beer to keep them going. Back on the road again. Car stinking of burnt clutch. But Chris' company has said they will sponsor ...

We arrived in a very humid Darwin where we then began our next trip to the Kakadu and Litchfield national parks. Over 3 days we went on a crocodile cruise where we saw huge crocodiles jumping out of the water to catch meat, saw some amazing aboriginal rock art and huge termite mounds, waded through deep ...

... Lake Ballard has no water, it is a salt lake like many of the lakes in Australia ( not something that we are used to in UK, lakes with no water.... well, anything without water really, let alone lakes! ) The statues are a strange sight, spread out over a fair distance, and I have to admit that we didn't visit all 51 of them. We started to cook on the salt pan despite the hats and factor 50+ and so we beat a retreat back to the car. At this point we ...
