Today we hit Yosemite National Park. It was large and beautiful, green and rocky. And it was also a very long drive. Almost 3 hours, much of that within the park. We stopped quite a few times to take pictures, and then we got to drive on some of the restricted roads with Grandpa's handicap pass. We got some dirty looks and overheard a few of the bikers..."I don't think they're supposed to be driving on this road" and ...
... it was amazing. We stayed in the really cool hostal called the la mesia was so lovely and i really didnt want to leave i could have stayed there the rest of my trip but in the end we had to see more of columbia.
The next place we went was cartagena this city is an old colonial fort built in 1565 and some of the walls took 200 years to build its super impressive and super pretty as a citys go (but not as pretty as Edinburgh) was amazing walking around in such history ...
... a few years, but they were well on their way. In my honest opinion if they already had their day pass and new tourist destination ready, I would have been very happy to spend all day here. Once we got back on the boat Eli had some more Painkillers waiting for us while we went to our next stop the Soggy Dollar Bar (named this because you have to swim from your boat to the bar with your now soggy dollars in your pocket!) where we had some yummy Nilla Killa drinks, ...
