... a video (Discovery Channel!) about each of the presidents, then the video ended and the lights began to illuminate the monument. Then the ranger called down all the active and retired military to the stage. They came down and introduced themselves. We all sang the national anthem and then they participated in a closing flag ceremony. It was very touching. Of course I was crying and the kids were rolling their eyes at me! Anyway, a few more photos and then we were on our way. Awesome sight!
