    ... a nicer venue located in an almost hidden area very close to the original. The Red Iguana's claim to fame is their collection of mouthwatering moles which is their signature showcase and a tribute to Mexico's national dish. After a 45 minute wait, we are seated and ask for the “Mole Sampler” which is a complimentary dish containing a few tablespoons of each of their mole sauces:

    ... in downtown SLC is home to the Temple (which took 40 years to build in the late 1800's), the Tabernacle- an oval shaped building, home of the Mormon choir and the Joseph Smith Memorial Building (leader of the Mormons), the first hotel built in SLC.     ... been a moose spotted munching near the water's edge, plus a mink. But sadly there were too many noisy people so the only wildlife per se that we saw were a few small squirrels and ducks on the lake.

    of the few stores that carried stuffed animals. Just $28,000 for a 9’
    grizzly. We could have stayed in the gun store for hours looking at all
    of the new weapons. As tempting as it was to stay we had to head south to
