... on the road. We figured this would only take an hour and a half or so and then we would be on our way.

However…. last night we started looking at our tires more closely and realized they were getting pretty dry rotted and we should probably have them looked at before leaving. We eventually got on the road at 2:30 PM…. 7 hours after our planned departure time.

8:00 Arrived at Northwest Tire (they have 4 tires in stock!) All ...

Another big event in the city of Bowling Green is the annual Black Swamp Arts Festival. The city blocks off Main Street, and fills the streets with artists showing their work. There are also musicians, children's activities, and ...

Woke at 5.30am, thinking it was 6.30, and got up and dressed ready to leave for Detroit. So spent the extra time sending emails. Left Findlay at 7.30am and arrived at Detroit Airport at 9am approx. No traffic jams or construction work to hold us up, though they were working on the interstate highway to the border in Ohio. In Michigan the roads are rougher since the state isn't very financial. Booked in, said goodbye to Cindy and her mum and went through customs. ...
