      ... to the fridge to get some milk for her peanut butter and banana sandwich, the RV took a small swing to one side, and her big toe (mostly the nail) went the other direction! Well, the Gann family toe curse was back to haunt again - its a long story. She will live, but its going to take some weeks to let it grow back to normal.

      ... hit the downhill before relaxing. That's the best place to take your nutrition or water. When taking nutrition when climbing, your system is too busy working the hills to digest anything. Use the down hills for total recovery and getting your heart rate back down. Slow deep breathing helps with this.
