in her hat being over her eyes. She said she could still see alright.
That is until she walked straight into a sign. I didn't see her do
it, but I certainly heard the thud. After rushing all the way back to
the Greyhound station, the bus ended up being an hour late...

So we departed Canada at the border in Niagara Falls for the US and the start of our journey to Patagonia. The first border crossing was quite uneventful despite the border guard and I having a shouted conversation as neither could hear the other (suspicious car full of 5 Canadians and a Brit).
