... about 2-3 miles. Nice walk, and nice area. Lots of potential and as Dick read in TripAdvisor, not as much action on River Walk. There are a few restaurants and bars, but mostly the backside of buildings. We stopped a few people to get directions and advice. Today we are at a Ski ...

Got an early start since I decided to try and make "The Kassel run in less than 4 Par sec's" and beat the Han's record on the Millennium Falcon. (Ask a Star Wars fan) :) in short I decided to try and make home on Monday. Leaving about 7:45 my GPS gave me a 6:30 arrival time - I usually figure 1 hour extra for various gas stops so it would be a 12 hour ride. I checked the weather forecast and saw that there was rain expected along the way ...

    Hello All,

After the long cold snowy winter up here in Wisconsin – it's time to think about some fun and adventure.

I’m always surprised by how many people ask me if I’m doing another trip and whether or not I’m going to blog about the trip. It has been a particularly brutal winter up in Wisconsin and I’m REALLY looking forward to this year’s trip. In keeping with past practice this year’s trip will be a ...
