Yesterday was a driving day, we set off from Nashville and other than a stop for lunch when we stopped at a park and played football or frisbee we drove for most of the day and went to Virginia. Despite our best intentions, we had a slow start to the day. We got up a bit later than planned and took our time getting packed and ready to go. After a quick stop for some breakfast we headed back into the mountains to catch some more waterfalls.
First stop was Looking Glass Falls which was a fairly good waterfall that fell into a very inviting pool at the bottom. Damien was tempted but thought it was a little early for a dip. Next stop was Daniel Ridge falls that was a little off ...

I later googled and found out this is classified as the 'white ghetto' , kinda fitting considering we replaced the toilet block for a bush in stumbling distance by 11pm! Tbh, there is not much else to say about this day - the pictures speak for themselves! The guides equipped use with whiteboard pens for a bit of window doodling.
