ok, well the "ish" part of saying we were headed to Memphis was more correct. We settled into Nashville instead. Ryan drove us into the city and we parked in the park surrounding the Parthenon. The Parthenon was so lit up and the park was completely empty making it seem even more grandeur than alone. We kicked ourselves in the asses this morning for not getting out and taking a picture last night. We were all pretty surprised at the spaciousness of the Lola and her sleeping arrangement ...

Before we new it Polly had to head back home to Ohio. So thanks to Polly for sharing her excellent self and room with us. We had a fabulous time sharing and hanging out with you. Polly may have to go but our Nashville adventure has not finished yet, stay tuned for more...

... a Gibson is it!!! In the same area there is a resort. Yes a resort built miles from the ocean!!!. When you walk into the building there is this huge tropical garden underneath glass roof. Outside can be raining, snowing or what ever, however on the inside it is constant temperature all the time. It is a villige. Everything you need you is there.

After getting out of the woods, we navigate the crazy winding roads of North Carolina and Tennessee passing through "true appalachia." It was actually the area where deliverance was filmed, and its real hill-billy looking. I was glad to get back to civilization. I know you're supposed to make a thing for every day but this was three years ago so I don't remember exactly. I went to different schools in rough areas every day and talked to kids. It was really cool because a lot of them didn't have many people to talk to.
