Day eight
Today we crossed the Cumberland Gap and had a picnic lunch at the visitor center. We figure that walking on the trail is another adventure.
After leaving that area we encountered rain in Lexington, KY and drove through that until we reached Wooster, OH.
Glad to be home again. No more trips till 2013.

This move was intense, to say the least. As prepared as we thought we were for the giant leap, the last weeks before we left proved that we are not as savvy as we were thinking. Fun at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
We finally made it to Cleveland at a decent hour for once on this trip. We checked into our hotel, the Holiday Inn Express, Downtown Cleveland. A nice surprise for us. It was apparently an old bank once upon a time, now a hotel. The lobby was massive with the concierges desk half way down the hall. It was a rather unique set up, but it worked.
