Saturday was preparation for and boarding Holland America line Veendam a slightly smaller ship than the last and well appointed. Today was early morning start as we traveled to the Sugar Shack Breakfast and Maple Syrup Tour. Our excursion was at the Erabliere Chemin du Roy Sugar Shack. What a delight to have a bright sunny day with a cloudless sky. That is what greeted us when we docked in Quebec City.
