Arrived in San Fran by 11ish and I must say the lack of crowd was very refreshing…and having our own space in our own car felt very indulgent again. ... off that they missed yosemite, Alcatraz and the giant redwoods because of the government shutdown, was nice that someone else felt my pain! After a gossip and a high energy cable car ride (hold on for your life especially if you're hanging off the side of the car, and don't worry about smacking into people when it brakes suddenly, nobody bats an eyelid), I left them to do their shopping and pootled off back to my ...
