Upon arrival the staff was unfriendly. I asked to change rooms due to our neighbor smoking outside. They asked why I wanted to change. I told them and he then asked the neighbor to smoke further away. The place was not full so they could easily have moved us. Just not a good experience. The A/C ran loudly and upon startup sound like a truck starting up. We stayed in Unit #2

On his return, Mick was not a happy chappie. Apparently he hooked a big one, and the crew decided that a shark had taken the fish he had hooked, so they cut his line saying that shark was not good eating. "NOT HAPPY JAN"!!!!!! We moved on the next day to ...

Cath fitted in some study while the girls played art and craft at the library for an organised school holiday activity. I even managed to pop into jayco mackay to get some hinges under warranty which have failed (no questions asked) and also to buy ...

... to try them out. Michelle was happy with this decision as when we arrived an Osprey flew over and then on the walk out we came accross a Jabiru.

The fishing wasn't a great success but we did catch a few fish but they were just not big enough. We even tried catching a mud crab but he just wouldn't come close enough.

Chris cooked us a lovely roast for dinner. Then they gave me a new tackle box with gear for my birthday as I have been using an old box till now.
