    Not a very exciting travel day. Beautiful warm weather through Oklahoma and Missouri.

    We even saw gasoline for $2.99 a gallon for the first time this trip! We haven't been stopping to sightsee on the way out as we have been on this Route 66 before. Our sightseeing will be in Utah.

    ... lol. Lovely lake area and the sun was sweltering. Having a great day so far loving how diverse the trip is :) It was then onwards to the national cowboy and western museum in Oklahoma, to learn all about the cowboys and Indians. I definitely think I would much prefer to be a Indian than a cow girl think they have better accessories :) really enjoyed the museum, especially the movie set area which gave you a real feel of what it would of been like in western times :) was ...

    ... Took the truck unloaded out and it ran fine, we will see what happens tomorrow. We have 490 miles to go and I need it to run all day. Paul bought a few sparklers for the kids on our truck testing excursion and we came back to the KOA to enjoy with some other campers making a little show for us also.
