    ... We were pretty toasty after a few hours so drove around to Asilomar Beach again for half hour so Dan could go body surfing. He only caught the one then the cold got the better of him. It was a relaxed day all round and that evening we just chilled and made a really nice pasta meal. It makes such a different to have a kitchen and cook decent food.

    Today we certainty left the best for last and drove the scenic 17-Mile Drive route through Pebble Beach and Pacific ...

    We start down the California Coast today reaching the scenic town of Monterey. We encounter some really scenic bits of coast, some cliffs, some beaches.
