... We were pretty toasty after a few hours so drove around to Asilomar Beach again for half hour so Dan could go body surfing. He only caught the one then the cold got the better of him. We start down the California Coast today reaching the scenic town of Monterey. We encounter some really scenic bits of coast, some cliffs, some beaches.
