The drive from Denver is a long one about 9 hours. Matt drove about 8 hours.

Before home we had to:

1) Pick-up my car from long term parking

2) Return our rental car

3) Most importantly, pick Octavius up from the Pet Ranch!

We arrived safely home at about 1pm on Saturday 7/12, about 14 hours later ...

... River remembering last years trip. Then I scooted down the highway in a rather hot day again 31C and high humidity. I reached my motel tired and when I could not get the Internet gave up and fell immediately to sleep. So here I am at McDonalds bright and cheerful early in the morning. please excuse I have just dumped the photo's rather than select. But I do not have the time. The road is calling me.
