          ... down before doing the scenic forest boardwalk and walking back up to the top via the steps parallel to the cable car (with a small detour to a waterfall halfway up). Took a before and after photo which was quite funny to compare..we were all definitely a lot pinker afterwards! After a refreshing cup of tea in the cafe (and it helped warm my hands back up...the wind was really chilling) we did the clifftop walk back to Echo ...

          Happy Fathers Day to all the dads. Tim is fast asleep after a very adventurous hike w #1 son up the Sydney Harbor Bridge. While those two climbed, I visited the Ronald MacDonald House here. Very similar/very different. The warmth, bright and comfy atmosphere and the happy faces were all familiar. A home that love built is universal.           Today was a chill out day. We walked around another part of the Olympic village taking in the Aquatic centre and tennis courts before heading to a Nature Reserve park.
