Got up this morning early so we could have a quick shower then head into the city with Andy on his way to work for a few hours.
When we got dropped off it started to rain a little so Andy loaned us his Umbrella which turned out to be a life saver for the rest of the day.
We did the tour and seen the actual letter that was used and read out for the independece in the square, but realised at this point that we missed the signed copy that was ...
... to hear all the 10,000 new laws you have made for terrorism etc.....just say "Dood can't use that here.....take pic holding camera".
Anyway so you think he'd take our pic for us??? No chance.....he tells us to get another tourist to take it at 7:30am..........another going into the classic collection. Lucky two Canadian guys were also there for a few pics and took it for us.....they had a good laugh at the size of the ...
... in quick time along with a Choc iced Donut with a few H&T on it (Things Tai!)
The Donut was big like the old Dunkin's ones and the choc on them is darker than at home making a sweet brekky for me.
We hit the subway during peak time and found ourselves standing most of the way until a popular station when we got a seat. Too much like Melbourne trains and I was dreading the thought when we return......but enough of that thought for now!
Caught the subway to the end and had ...
Just a quick one to say hi to all my mates from another US city of the revolution (a couple of hundred years ago) now the city of Brotherly Love & soft cheese ! Have spent a few days eating and drinking and catching up with Andy's former life / acquaintances etc - lots of rowing talk and seemingly collecting specimens for a stacked boat at Henley 2010. Back to London on Monday night and work shortly thereafter yeuck.

The theatre we were playing was the Irvine Auditorium at University of Pennsylvania. The space was gorgeous. Not a lot of stage or wing space, but the theatre itself was stunning. Clearly it used to be a Cathedral, and now is used for orchestral concerts (amazing accoustics!) and theatre. Funny how that seems to be a recurring theme in history :)
Dear Family and Friends,

... and honoring those who died and suffered that winter. The National Park Service comes through in achieving this.
If you go, spend the extra cash on a tour, or drive your car through the park. I spent the day on foot exploring the grounds and it was a big mistake. I was there for hours, exhausted from the walking, and didn't get to see everything because I gave up mid-way through my self-guided tour. (As ...
... place for a party and it was great to see everyone that was able to come. After the party was over we all went out to Doc McGrogan's and then to the Landmark.
West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States tomlacey... of buildings. The university also had a local bar called the New Deck Tavern, which is Kevin's favorite bar. It was a cool bar with low ceilings and the entire interior is made of wood. We grabbed a few beers here and hurried back to the car cause we were parked in a handicap zone. Our final stop was the Philadelphia Musuem of Art, which is most famous for the "Rocky Steps" Of course, i had to run up the damn thing, just to say ...
