Our only activity today was an attempt to get the suitcases fuller before we head home in three weeks. ... In the first caves there were no formations on the ceiling because the bats had left oils and dirt. The caves were awesome. Highlight of the second caves was when they turned out the lights for one minute and we were in total darkness. ... I went out several times to try and see the super moon and the eclipse. It took a long time for it to come up above the trees surrounding the campground so we missed the eclipse going over the moon. When I checked later the eclipse was waning, the shadow still covered the moon, but there was just a sliver of moon emerging. We sat outside and watched for a while and then went into the camper.
