    ... kids are unsettled or anything. If you are not on duty you can go to bed or out to the pub or the shop to get things after our 10.30pm meeting. It is a long day, and it takes awhile to get used to it and the lack of sleep, but eventually you learn to live with 6 hours or less sleep.
