    ... Well not actually, as you had to walk quite a way. There was a long queue and I was thankful to get on as the trip took 2 hours. It was cooler on the bottom so I sat there. It was nice to be on the water out of the claustrophobic city. They gave you loads of photo opportunities for the Statue of Liberty, close up too. Actually the staff were wonderful and so pleasant ( especially compared to the bus !! ). My back was paining me terribly ...

    Today we went on a food tour! It was really good. Our tour guide Nancy was very friendly and helpful and all the food was lovely.     ... of those cities you either love or you hate. Well, I love it! How could you not?!
    After Top of the Rock we went back to the hotel and fell asleep with our big full tummies. We didn't sleep long and woke up feeling energised enough to go shopping on 7th Ave. Only a few blocks walk to where we are staying. I love how everything is so close and easy to navigate!
