... and locked on the back rack of our motor home. The Person brought their own bolt cutters and clean cut both cables and slip the bike off the rack in the middle of Thanksgiving night. We give thanks for those who steal other peoples property for band door profit.

The first thing i did is go to my best friend Juliana birthday party and i was the only one to come because all other friends ditch her sec for me i was happy i was happy to go because everybody who was suppose to come didn't watch the other blind side and we went out to eat they should come Juliana just turn 15 year old she is so cool and she is my best friend forever.....:D

... get back there. So after several phone calls, I decided to to venture out on my own.

It was amazing to me how difficult it was to emotionally leave the airport, going out into the world on my own, without much of a plan. It made me think of convicts, and what they must feel like when leaving jail, a place they hated ...

Skipped breakfast and went for brunch with Jan & Jack to a deli in nearby Vernon called Rein's. At the Tuesday Morning in the same strip center I bought a stocking cap for walking about Boston, as the weather is supposed to turn cold. Jan found just the perfect one for me--brown with a few stripes that matches my raincoat.

Drove Chris around Old Wethersfield, the cove and the historic homes ...

Started the day by walking to the Day Break Coffee Roasters on Main Street and having a coffee in their little cafe before walking back to the hotel and sitting with Cookie and Paul while they had breakfast in the hotel. It was wonderful to catch up on all we had done since we last saw them on our Celebrity Solstice cruise, and Cookie gave me some great tips on what to see while in Boston, as she had lived there for ...

... appetizer, then I had lobster ravioli in fish broth with a steamed lobster on the side (you get an extra for only $10--this obviously isn't the Midwest!) Chris had fall harvest soup, char-grilled char, and flourless chocolate cake. I had a Tattinger champagne and Chris had a Rombauer zin that Paul selected. We all had a great time, although Jack was quiet, but then, he's never a big talker anyway. The evening was really lovely.

Woke to a cloudy, rainy day and went for a seven mile walk. For lunch we ate soup, then Jan and I went downtown to the Mark Twain House Tour. We missed the parking lot and ended up parking on the street, which was fine, although a bit damp. The tour was interesting, but we both agreed it seemed dark and dreary inside, and would have better viewed on a sunny day with light streaming in the beautiful stained glass windows.
