... After the tour we looked at the space artefacts and watched a few movies/documentaries. There isn't as much to see and do at the center compared to Kennedy so we left at about 3pm a little disappointed (spoiled perhaps at going to Kennedy first). For dinner we got some Chinese food and called it a night. ... Not exactly a legal park but at this hour, I'm sure no one would care. I walk to the monument, at first I struggled to find the entrance, but I then found they had a back gate open. No one was there except for those setting up. The twang of the Australian Accent could be heard from organises. I just stood off to the side and waited patiently.
People started to trickle in slowly. Some wore medals, one was in an Australian Army uniform. Maybe two dozen people ...
