... people don't cook at home - there is such a variety of prepared food that is conveniently ready to be packaged up and taken home. However, I wonder if people mistakenly think that organic food is intrinsically healthy - if you read the ingredient labels on many of the processed products they are still loaded with sugar, wheat and dairy. Food for thought.

... and I found it really interesting and informative (Wed night class style presentation). The exhort was by a young brother on thankfulness. We went out for lunch with a couple of families - they don't do 'visitors roster' here. If someone turns up you just go to a local café/diner and eat together. The place we went had some really funny signs around the place eg - 'if our service isn't up to your standard, then drop your standard' and similar.

This time forewarned Dolly and I selected one main course to share and still we could not finish the fries - thank goodness for 4 weeks of dieting and exercise before we started this adventure. Now we were on the Gulf of Mexico eating sea food and watching the bay cruise ships plying their trade.
