    ... We're staying in City Place, 2 train stops from downtown. There is also a free tram from city place to the city. City place is a cul-de-sac where the tram spins on a turntable.     ... around 4:45 in Manchester, TN. It was a beautiful cool evening, snow dusting predicted over night. There was no TV reception so we read our books and magazines, snacking on popcorn.
