... to me about my wonderful up-coming reservation at ""El Carib" (I know - I am trying to escape from the place) and then cut me off when I took to long to decide which button I had to press next! Decided that it was not the safest of places and that we'd probably get robbed by lurking lady, so booked a hotel a bit further along away the way. They have a web cam always on the stage, so if you want a little taste of Key West, Google Smoking Tuna and enjoy a little of Key West. A typical tourist day as to day we went on an airboat ride at Boggy Creek. Which was OK but our captain of the airboat was happier just to sit there talking instead of belting around the swamps on the airboat but we did get to to see an alligator basking in the sun and quite close up too, wasn't sure ...
I sleep in a little before packing. I leave my beautiful construction view and climb in my car. The trip out of town is relatively painless. Not too many people driving on a Sunday. As soon as I'm on the freeway I'm hitting tolls again. Miami is worse then Sydney. Then there was another toll gate where I had to stop and get a ticket. I knew of this system where they measure your distance and toll you that. The maximum toll was over $15 which was outrageous. Miami, the state ...
