    It wasn't so great to have to say
    goodbye though. Unfortunately we had to so after a lunch of leftovers
    (like all good holiday celebrations there was too much food) we
    hugged a few more times goodbye and headed out to Canada.



    Crossing the border to Canada was a
    little daunting. The questions they could ask, the foods you weren't
    allowed ...

    After leaving Niagara i headed to London... just because!! then followed the roads up the coastal roads following the Lakes. Past Lake Erie, Lake Huron and Georgian Bay to the Town of Barrie.

    Again lovely weather... oh and note self.. just because A Town name has "Beach" in the title doesn't mean it has a nice beach!!
    Great couple of days driving.

    On to Kingston.

    It was our earliest start of the tour with departing Cambridge after 7am to head to St. Thomas Salvation Army. The Good Friday meeting included a powerful reflection with the opportunity for the symbolic hammering of nails into a cross. Following the morning meeting we got back on the coach to meet up in the car park of a large church where quite a few hundred people were waiting. Much to our delight a police ...

    The mill store was wonderful-full of different types of flour and dried goods such as beans, fruit, baking supplies and pastas. Huge gluten free section too. Amongst other items, we bought a 50 pounds bag of Arva all purpose flour, 10 lbs bag of pastry flour (people are marveling about this stuff) ad 5lbs each of light ...
