Since it was a very rainy day, we decided to drive a long part of our trip do Florida. We drove through, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and stopped in Saint George, South Carolina for the night. We found a nice room in the Comfort Inn.

The start of our new journey in life.

It was only 14 when we left though at about 10:30. We passed numerous accidents and abandoned cars...and two flip overs that happened right before we got to them. You look down streets and they weren't plowed at all. People were using gardening ...

A night to hate the ice machine

A travel blog entry by chris-fernie on Dec 06, 2014

The motel clerk put me in the room next to the ice machine. It was not until bedtime when I realized that the machine cycled about every 45 seconds.

Oddly, when I woke up at 6:30 this morning, the ice machine was quiet. Seems it makes ...
