      Since it was a very rainy day, we decided to drive a long part of our trip do Florida. We drove through, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and stopped in Saint George, South Carolina for the night. We found a nice room in the Comfort Inn.

      Got off to a good start this morning...about 7:15. It was a pretty quiet, uneventful trip. We did see gas for $2.99 in Wytheville, VA and was going to get some, but this price was for cash. Richard thought we'd find the same price on down the road. NO...it was $3.00. Did we stop? Nahhh...kept going. At 1/8 of a tank, we did get gas...only it was $3.03.       I guess thats one reason why the Americans are "bigger" than the Europeans.
      Also the cups at the fastfood restaurants are so big, a small coke is about 0,3L and you can get up to 2L if you supersize your menue.
