Last night we were primed for a day of BBQ only to discover that the festival started at 6pm. This gave us an unexpected extra day and Nadia's extensive research led us to believe the only option was some more outlet shopping. The outlet was about 40 minutes drive away and with nothing much else planned we had a bit of a sleep in. We arrived at the outlet just after 11am and headed straight for the food as we hadn't found anywhere good ...

She got on our bus and we drove round Charleston & it's the prettiest place so far in America ...

Always so nice to spend time with them - sharing news of families & friends. Weather was a little threatening, so decided to forgo a day of golf, and we headed for home a day early!

Stopping in Raleigh, NC to visit Aunt Irma

A travel blog entry by rollinos on Oct 12, 2014

We broke camp early this morning, Mark and Addy left at 9:30 to go to an appt., we left at 10:30 and Barb & Craig left shortly after. We're stopping for a night in Raleigh, NC to visit my favorite 90 year old Aunt Irma Anderson. We had another RV learning experience as Bruce cut a left turn a little to late and we couldn't make the turn and blocked traffic. Fortunately it was not too busy a street and we were able to disconnect the Jeep, backup and park ...
