I started the day with a drive from Youngstown, OH to lovely Punderson State Park. BTW, we saw many trees that were beginning some phase of the color change all the way from Marquette to home. Perhaps they are confused with the long cold winter, and a considerable dry spell until recently!!
... This time, I had fried pickles and popcorn so I wasn't distracted by hunger. I really enjoyed his kind, positive spirit and his pride for his town. The demolition rally obstacle course was set up on the town's high school football field. They had brought in dirt for hills and logs for obstacles, and sprayed it all down to make everything muddy. There was a giant tractor tire in the middle for the trucks to tow across the finish line. It was entertaining ...
