    ... found this Best Western Bayou to be very clean, well decorated, and above standards. After changing our clothes we approached the front desk to ask about parking in the French Quarter. The concierge told us to go for the free parking since it was after six. He directed us into the French Quarter and told us to weave up and down the streets until we found a spot, just make sure you obey all parking signs.     It turns out there is a large Jazz festival on in New Orleans this weekend. (no wonder I had trouble finding accommodation). Get this !! The likes of Eric Clapton, Bruce Springstien, Christina Aguilera, John Fogerty and many many more.... $55.00 / day over 4 days....
