The day I have been dreading all summer is finally here: moving Max to Saint Louis. He will be staying with my mom for two months while he gets all checked out and approved to fly to New Zealand. I packed up every single last toy I could find (forgoing packing a purse or more than a change of clothes for myself) to make sure he felt at home away from home. Our flight was at 6:50 in the morning and we would take two flights to get to ...

Well we made it off with no major incidents today. We put 438 miles on the vehicles. Only a couple of backups or is it tailbacks for you foreigners. One seemed a little nasty with a wreck that surely ruined someones holiday. Luckily we had a 25 hour day since we are heading west. I think tomorrow will be harder with more miles. ...

It started raining Saturday morning about 4:00 am and it poured. Needless to say, Brian had to hook up the car in the rain. It rained most of the way to St. Louis but by the time we got there at 3:00 pm it was pretty nice. We met up with Robert and Joyce there. We stayed at the St. Louis West KOA in Pacific Missouri. At 5:00 pm we went into downtown St, Louis, about 30 ...

... br> What’s the dance step? There can’t be one, because I have to lie very, very, still for about one hour. Well, I don’t have to dance: visualization is what I can do: something that can make me chuckle over and over.
Ah-ha. I will laugh (inside) and laugh and be as brave and bold as Rally Squirrel. Want to laugh with me? Check it out on You ...

      Christmas & the Day After

A travel blog entry by dr.keke on Dec 27, 2010

... slipped on the snow and fell in the parking lot of Target. She wasn't hurt so it was okay to laugh after the fact :).

Once we departed Target we made our way to Ms. Shirley's for a Christmas party. The roads were very slick and we slid a few times but we made it safe.

The party was fun, we got a game of Taboo in before we left. (We didn't stay too long because we wanted to make sure we got out incase the weather got worse).
