        Today I got a late start because the 3 hour time difference made my teacher meeting at 11:15. We decided to ride to a town called Hillsboro and get a hotel so I can do homework tomorrow and take a day off. It was about a 60 mile ride and it wouldn't have been fun to go far anyway. This is why I love small towns; these folks didn’t know us from anyone, but because we were with the circus, they immediately knew they could trust us implicitly (case in point: they’re leaving the side garage door open so that we can access the fridge in there for soda or beer).
