Yes, we are now home and it feels wonderful! We had a short drive north from Delaware, and since it was pretty much on back roads, basically all we saw, not to be redundant, was corn and beans and beans and corn. We even managed to get behind tractors several times on the road as they were moving from field to field. Our trip was everything ...

OK so this is my first post on this site.
Here are our stats for today.
Left Oceanport at 8:45am and arrived in Sandusky, OH at 6:45pm.
We traveled 545 miles on I-80 and it was a long and hot ride.
Tomorrow is Chicago which is 250 miles, so an easy ride compared to today.

... marshy areas it was mosquito heaven! There were so many of them, and huge ones! In the evening we headed over to cedar point amusement park, which was nice. They had some very impressive rides, including one that was the fastest and tallest when it was built, and was amazing, although sadly only watched as I can't go on them. We got back quite late and headed straight to bed. We then all ...

In 3 weeks we leave from Vermilion, OH, driving Dan's Ford F350 truck, to pick up our fifth wheel trailer which is stored in Huntsville, AL. Hopefully the weather will be good March 15th when we leave. At least it'll be better than the ...

... Mike - together you make a great team and a great business!

And, by chance, I came across the Ford Cleveland plant where all the wonderful 351 & 302 Clevelands were made for those few years back in the early '70s - I felt nostalgic for my old 1975 302C powered Ford Fairlane and my 1982 351C powered Ford Bronco. I had a lot of fun in those cars and rarely did I not smile when I drove them!!

Merry Christmas everyone - I hope that Santa is kind to you all!
