Busy day today. We are slowly figuring out the bus and metro system - but did miss the last bus home tonight! Had to find a taxi instead, and one who would actually take us where we needed to go. Three cars refused us before one agreed to take us. As our friend later said - Welcome to Paris! Interesting driver attitude given that they were recently on strike to protest against Uber! We had a really long sleep last night to get over the jet lag. Didn't get up until noon! ...

... now, and absolutely gone!
train back into town, and now just sitting around drinking our Mumm Champagne, eating our Dutch cheese, and about to have some Belgian chocolates. At the worst - it is still better than being at work!
Saw and did a lot today, far too much to capture in blog. I am sure Teresa will cover what I have missed on our return.
